In 1994, Pavel Kozachuk moved to Santa Barbara with his young family to pursue the American dream. Equipped with a toddler, a pregnant wife, no english, and $1000 in his pocket, Pavel was motivated by a vision to provide a better future for his family. Pavel Construction Inc. is the culmination of that vision, and provides finish carpentry and general contracting services for the tri-counties.
